Project Profile

To suit this restaurant's traffic flow and keep it's classy style, JYASF did some modifications to the mezzanine and altering of shear walls. The historic Pier 1-1/2 in the Embarcedero houses this unique seafood restaurant. Some of the build out features include the entry canopy on the Pier bulkhead, hanging barshelves, and the kitchen hood structure that also contains mechanical equipment. Historic preservation of finishes was required for all work performed.
